Have the option to set the availability when I can be booked by clients from outside

I would like to: a) Set notifications for myself to receive reminders such as "Client X has only 2 prepaid sessions left in their package." b) Configure a general setting to automatically inform clients when they have only 2 prepaid sessions remaining (with the ability to adjust this threshold as needed).

I would love to sell products and packages not only in Flowlance, but also on my website publicly.
