It would be very useful to have WhatsApp integration, so that we can send product information not only by email but also directly to the customer’s phone via WhatsApp.
Ideally, the system should allow us to choose whether to send communications:
  • only via email
  • only via WhatsApp
  • or to both channels simultaneously,
based on the customer's preferences.
