I like to request the ability to fully customize the email messages that are sent automatically to users who, for example, request a free product.
It’s important that every field of the email—including subject line, body text, and footer—can be edited.
This would allow us to adapt the message not only to our brand tone but also to different languages, depending on the user (e.g., Italian instead of English).
